POINT has a rich history dating back to 1920 when founder José Pons Pedro established his workshop in Gata de Gorgos.

Passionate about wicker weaving, he instilled his international outlook and artisan work into the brand’s philosophy from the beginning.

The company’s design emphasis has always been a driving force behind its growth. Under the leadership of Juan Bautista Pons, the second generation expanded its reach internationally, setting up a production plant in the United States in the 1950s.

In the 1970s, designer Gabriel Pons modernized the production of rattan furniture and became a leading force in Valencian design. Collaborating with an extensive list of designers, POINT has created a history of innovation, offering products that respond to evolving needs and trends.
